Lesley Hatfield

As a Partner and the Director of Business Development at our firm, I collaborate with strategic partners, clients, and prospects to highlight the importance of long-term financial planning and diversified investment strategies. My aim is to provide our clients with the best possible experience, while also educating others about the value of sound financial planning.

I strive to embody the “entrepreneurial spirit”, having created multiple businesses across various industries. As a business strategist and coach, I enjoy sharing my experience as a guest lecturer in university-level business programs, inspiring students to consider the benefits of entrepreneurship. I'm passionate about fostering a strong community of successful business professionals.

Previously, I founded and served as CEO of a nationally licensed company that produced moisture-wicking sleepwear for women, gaining media attention from outlets like O: The Oprah Magazine, CNBC, and The Today Show. I hold dual degrees in exercise physiology and sports management from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio. My background includes creating a wellness consulting group for Fortune 500 companies and running a personal training business with clients ranging from non-professionals to Olympians.

Outside of work, I am active in the community, serving on the board of the Fiesta Run for ALS Research at Emory University and participating in several charitable and business groups in North Fulton. I relish any opportunity to be outdoors, whether running, hiking, biking, or gardening. Alongside my partner in both business and life, Kevin Garrett, we raise our three children, Lauren, Kevin, and Jack. When I take a moment to slow down, I enjoy yoga, photography, and experimenting with cooking, often accompanied by family, friends, and a nice glass of wine.
