Carmen’s goal is to support the needs of advisors at IFG as the Client Service Supervisor. She supervises the Advisor Support Advocate Program and aids in the administrative needs of advisors and manages various special projects designed to keep business running executively. She also assists in onboarding new advisors to IFG & LPL with training and repapering their accounts. She aims to provide excellent service in a timely manner. She enjoys learning and growing with each new experience. Her goal is to alleviate the administrative tasks allowing advisors to focus on servicing their clients.
Carmen grew up in Georgia in a house full of Georgia Tech fanatics. Carmen and her husband, Nick, live in Jacksonville, FL, with their two cats. She enjoys all things “entertainment” (i.e., movies, music, musicals/plays, books, TV). However, when she can find her spare time, she also appreciates exploring her more artsy side.
